Social Support Programs

Out-of-School Youth Way to Work: ARCH serves as a "One-Stop" Center for out-of-school youth, providing a wide range of social and employment services. Under an interlocking and coordinated service system, ARCH provides case management services to 14 to 24-year-olds, living in Wards 6, 7 and 8.

Evening Reporting Center: ARCH provides highly structured, well-supervised group activities during the high risk-time periods for the youth awaiting trail, awaiting disposition or who are in committed status with the Department of Youth Rehabilitation Services awaiting revocation hearing.

Welfare to Work: ARCH provides TANF clients with case management and job placement services. This program will also provide an assessment of the educational and training needs necessary for current welfare recipients to improve or enhance skills that will provide better opportunity for employment.
